This is where we will deep dive into your goals, the challenges you've had in the past, and determine if we're a good fit to work together.

We will do a comprehensive lifestyle audit going over your current exercise, nutrition, sleep & stress management regimes. This will help formulate your personalised plan while working together.
03 GETTING STARTED
You will gain access to your personalised program & health resources via my app, where you can track your habits and communicate with me. We'll have weekly check-ins to ensure you're progressing towards your goals.
